We want you to love your pins. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you.
How Returns Work

You’ve got 7 days after your order arrives to request a return.

Pins need to be in the same condition you got them — unworn, unused, and still on their backing card/packaging.

To get started, just contact us here with your order number or request a return by logging into your account.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid label and instructions on how to ship it back. Heads up: returns sent without first contacting us won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or not quite what you ordered, let us know right away. We’ll fix it — no stress.
Exchanges
Want to swap for something else? The quickest way is to send your item back and place a fresh order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we’ll confirm if your refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be credited within about 5 business days.
Sometimes banks or card companies take a little longer to post, so give it a minute. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund, reach out to us here.
